Ease Anxiety In An Afternoon

Sat. Nov 2nd ~ 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Less sunlight, cooler weather, different schedules, and approaching holidays.  Fall is filled with change.  Any change (even positive) can be a source of stress, which is a common trigger for increased anxiety, OCD, and even some phobias. Join Psychotherapist, Kristyn Kowalskia, for an intimate and informative afternoon as we gain a new perspective on anxiety, and learn strategies that actually treat (rather than just cope) with it.

You will walk away from this workshop with…
* A whole new understanding of anxiety, OCD, and phobias that helps you feel less anxious and more in control in the moment.
* The ability to recognize different types of anxiety, and the unique approaches to treating each.
* Two strategies scientifically proven to treat anxiety.
* A bonus technique.

If you are struggling with anxiety, OCD, or phobias, I know those “what if” thoughts can make a very convincing argument to stay in your comfort zone, which actually reinforces them.  This workshop will give you the knowledge and tools to help you break the cycle and get “unstuck.”  Take that first step toward living the life YOU want, so you can walk away from this workshop feeling empowered and hopeful.  Not just because feeling better is a possibility, but because you have the power to make it YOUR reality!
